Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we may receive your name, delivery address, city, telephone number, email address, optional secondary contact, order details, selected payment method and messages you send to us.
Website information
We may use website analytics and similar technologies to understand visits, product views, cart activity and store performance. We use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits, searches, product views, carts, checkouts and confirmed purchases. These tools may use cookies, device/browser information and product or transaction identifiers. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers or delivery addresses through browser advertising events.
How we use information
We use information to process and confirm orders, arrange delivery or pickup, provide customer support, prevent abuse, improve the store, understand demand and maintain business records.
Service providers
We may share only the information reasonably needed with service providers such as couriers, payment providers, hosting, analytics or technical providers that help us operate the store. We do not sell customer personal information.
Optional customer accounts
You can shop as a guest. If you choose an account, we use your email to send a sign-in code. You can save customer details and delivery addresses and view orders linked to your account. Supabase provides account and database services, and our email provider delivers sign-in messages. Keep sign-in codes and private order-status links secure.
Payments
For payment methods handled through an external payment provider, the provider processes the payment information needed for that transaction. ZinZen Store does not intentionally publish or display your payment credentials.
Retention and security
We retain order and business records for as long as reasonably needed for operations, support, accounting, fraud prevention or legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Optional WhatsApp updates
Subscribing is optional and separate from placing an order. Send the prepared signup message from the Store to receive ZinZen offers and new arrivals. We keep the WhatsApp chat as consent proof and record your number, opt-in date, consent source and opt-out preference in our staff-only records. Send STOP on WhatsApp anytime to unsubscribe. We do not subscribe customers just because they placed an order.
